Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a rear load garbage truck in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations
- Collect and transport waste materials from residential and commercial locations in designated routes
- Handle the loading and unloading of waste containers efficiently and with attention to detail
- Ensure proper placement and securement of waste containers on the truck for transportation
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify any maintenance issues
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
- Interact professionally with customers and address their questions or concerns regarding waste collection services
- Maintain accurate records of daily routes, mileage, and work hours
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service delivery

Requirements:
- Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CDL rear load driver or similar role
- Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations
- Ability to operate a rear load garbage truck safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following established routes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy waste containers
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules

• Drive company vehicles to customer locations to remove junk and waste
• Use tools and equipment to safely remove items from customer locations
• Follow safety protocols and dispose of waste according to local regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
